QuestPro is currently partnered with a growing managed care company that is looking for (2) RN Case Managers for their Scottsdale office. The RN Case Managers must either be bilingual/Spanish speaking and willing to learn Workers’ Compensation Case Management or have a recent experience in Work Comp. Position Summary:

To perform Telephonic Case Management for workers' compensation claims based on review criteria and protocols in accordance with state and regulatory agency compliance. This is a position that requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills with effective written and verbal communication skills. The environment is fast-paced and ever-changing. On-site office located in North Scottsdale, AZ.

Requirements:

• Valid RN Licensure or Certification
• Bilingual - Spanish
• CCM Preferred
• Prior experience in a managed care or workers' compensation environment preferred
• Proficiency using personal computers and software programs, including word, and typing skills: minimum of 40 wpm
