Call Center Sales, Senior Manager

We seek a Call Center Sales professional who is equally passionate about pets and animal welfare. The primary objective of the Sr. Manager of Sales is to develop team members to ensure the sales objectives are met while maintaining a fun collaborative environment.  This role will interact with the Business units across the organization to implement and develop new sales opportunities to enhance and increase the consumer penetration rate to increase overall sales within their team.

• Passion for pets and animal welfare.
• 10 or more years in B2C sales, call center environment leading sales teams.
• Keen understanding of consumer behavior.
• Solid knowledge of KPI’s within the call center space as well as sales.
• Budget and P & L experience.
• Knowledge of Telephony systems, Dialers, Reporting, Forecasting and analytics.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, highly adaptable, flexible and enjoys fast paced environment.
