Our client, a fast growing and innovative Managing General Agent, has asked us to help them find an exceptional SVP of Homeowner Claims. This position can be located in any major city in FL.

This is a ground floor opportunity for a dynamic PL Property claims guru to start a department from scratch. Must have extensive FL Homeowners experience and have a full understanding of the assignment of benefits issues specific to FL. The position would include vetting and implementing a claims system, hiring a team of desk adjusters who will handle H/O claims across the country, putting in place contracts with adjusting firms and working with house counsel on licensing and setting up best practices. Must be a motivated, self-starter.
