Global insurance company is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for their Accident & Health Reinsurance Claims Department. The Claims Specialist will deal directly with cedant contacts and reinsurance brokers to manage large losses, review incoming claims data and provide prompt and efficient claims support. An ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of healthcare delivery, medical diagnosis, treatment and billing and serve as a reliable source of knowledge on A&H reinsurance claims.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
RN, a plus
High level of technical knowledge of Accident & Health claims processes
Minimum of 5 years of medical claims experience in large brokerage firm, stop loss MGU, or insurance company
