Our TPA client, who grew last year by 300% offers a high deductible Workers' Compensation program to PEO's/Staffing Agencies, nationally.  They are currently adding to staff an Inside Nurse Case Manager (qualified candidate will required to go to office).  The office location will be in the FOLSOM/EAST SACRAMENTO area of California.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree of Science - Nursing Major

Minimum of 7 years of Nurse Case Management (Telephonic or Field)

Absolutely non-negotiable/must have:  CRRN, CCM, CDMS, or COHN

Our client is rapidly growing.  This program is extremely exciting for the PEO/Staffing industry, and deductibles are high with some of the programs, meaning injuries tend to be severe and needs a nurse case manager for review, case management, and assistance with negotiating long-term outcome of cases.  Program being developed is a "one-stop shop" for Workers' Compensation needs.  Nurse case management plays an integral role in this equation.

Client is very employee appreciative and offers a great environment.  They wish to have in-depth knowledge only a senior NCM will have.  From a salary perspective, the company understands they will have to pay for experience and specialty.
