We’re currently partnered with a leading boutique Insurance and Employee Benefits Broker & Advisor. They strive on forming personal partnerships with our clients to truly understand their risk and insurance needs. Providing the highest level of customer service is paramount.

They’re currently looking for Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partner/Producer and have the following responsibilities:

Provide administrative support and lead various administrative projects.

Open, read, and prioritize incoming mail.  Handle minor requests and/or assignments.

Assist with email as needed.   Return telephone calls, screen/take messages and place outgoing calls on behalf of the Managing Partner.

Set up and maintain organized filing system for correspondence and other records.  Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other information systems as needed, including task scheduling.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences. 

*Employer offers competitive benefits, compensation package, and annual bonus to attract and retain dedicated, team-focused individuals.  They also offer to remote access 2 days per month and the office closes at 3 pm on Friday.

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

2 to 5 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant or Clerical Office Manager type role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel

College Degree is strongly preferred
