Major Insurance Company Carrier is looking for a Environmental claims professional to manage all aspects of the claims process. Will oversee TPA’s & will direct primary & excess claims. Will need coverage analysis and audit background. Prefer at least 7 to 15 years of experience and a JD is highly desirable. Claims will include environmental, construction, and NY Labor Law.
