Director of Risk Management Services

We are searching for a Claims or Loss Control Manager to:

• Provide overall leadership and management of loss control and claims services over a regional Risk Management Services department, part of one of the world’s leading brokerage organizations. 
• Serve as the primary spokesperson and liaison for direct communication with clients, prospects, internal staff, senior management and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate a team approach and working environment that incorporates a shared responsibility for accomplishing strategic goals.
• Represent this department at National meetings, conferences and various interagency programs and initiatives.
