We are currently partnered with a well-established and growing company that provides a broad scope of restoration and remediation consulting services for the insurance claims community, with a focus on large commercial losses, who is searching for an Operations Manager to be based in their home office in Dallas TX.  

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects and ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining calm and positive under pressure at all times.
• Provide leadership while managing teams and projects.
• Tracking all ongoing projects, and reviewing loss reports and billing.

Requirements:

• 15 – 20 years’ experience in Commercial Property adjusting, with an emphasis on large commercial loss including property, industrial, and environmental.
• Proficient in Xactimate, writing estimates for both remediation and reconstruction, and is experienced with developing/creating excel spreadsheets.
• Experience managing adjusters and/or loss consultants, and ability to review and edit loss reports.
• Possess excellent negotiating skills with contractors.
• Bachelors’ degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
