PROPERTY CLAIMS DIRECTOR
We have been retained by our client to identify qualified applicants for their newly created Property Claims Director position.
Main responsibilities are as follows:
- Management of 3-5 Property units, three unit managers and a technical staff of 30-40.
- The client nationally handles exposure within the homeowner and light commercial business niche.
- Position is hands-on, overseeing the quality and development of work product and training.
- Actively participates in leadership, management, round table, claim review and training programs and contributes to their interactions and outcomes.
- Hands-on involvement in large loss Property exposures
- Oversight and selection of vendors.
- Catastrophe management experience required. Earthquake experience a plus.
- Identifies compliance with all state, federal and/or client regulatory and reporting requirements in every jurisdiction serviced.
- Advancement opportunities exist to take on responsibilities overseeing the commercial claims division if desired.
Excellent base salary, bonus plan, full benefits, 401K and relocation assistance will be provided in the form of a lump sum sign-on bonus.
