Manager - Customer Service

Well established insurance company is looking for a Customer Service Manager for their corporate office in Birmingham, AL.  This person will be managing the day-to-day activities of 4-6 customer service representatives, who handle customer inquiries and billing questions.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5 plus years in customer service and/or billing.  

- Any experience working for an insurance company would be a huge plus as would be any workers compensation claims experience.

- 3 plus years of supervisory/management experience, specifically with hiring/firing, mentoring, training and performance reviews.
