Our client, a well-established company that is cutting edge and in a growth mode, has asked us to help them find them a high achieving Sr. Trial Attorney for their legal office which handles insurance claim litigation in the East Bay area, CA.
This position will be responsible for handing a wide variety of civil cases including those of high complexity.
The ideal candidate:
- JD and CA State Bar in good standing
- 10-15 years experience as an attorney with extensive civil defense or ADR experience
- Civil 1st chair jury trial experience to verdict ( insurance defense++). High value cases.
- People person with strong communication skills
- Claims litigation experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trial-focused culture
