Insurance Brokerage Operations Manager - Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Growing and profitable retail brokerage operation is seeking an Operations Manager for their North Texas branch. Candidates for this AMS based agency will have the ability to build and expand this operation.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and training of inside producers and Customer Service Representatives
- Setting objectives for each position and monitoring results
- Establishing processes and procedures for the agency operation and monitoring execution of objectives
- Managing local carrier relationships
- Managing support staff to achieve insurance revenue and customer retention goals
Qualified candidates must have:
- At least 6 years in agency or carrier operations with at least 3 years' experience leading a customer service teams
- Experience hiring, training and managing customer service personnel
- Experience in establishing processes and procedures and work flow management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong project management skills
- College degree is preferred but not required
- AMS agency management system experience
- Have current Property & Casualty Insurance license
