Claims Adjuster -TEMP Commercial Lines Triage

URGENT NEED to fill

We are helping our client to find a TEMPORARY (90 days) or TEMP to PERM Commercial Triage Claims Adjuster for their Peoria, IL office.

This is an inside position which will be responsible for conducting the initial claims investigations by phone for all types of commercial lines claims. It may require speaking with several parties involved not only the claimant e.g. the employer, attorneys, doctors, witnesses etc. The position will be responsible for determining if there is compensability, coverage issues and potential for subrogation as well as entering and updating claims in thee database.

The ideal candidate will have insurance industry experience, have a college degree+have excellent phone customer service skills, be computer savvy. Ability to speak Spanish is a ++
