Growing insurance organization has an exciting opportunity for a 3+ year proven Wholesale E&S Production Underwriter with AZ Work Comp Insurance experience and your own AZ agency contacts.  You will be the lead person to build the department from the ground up and will collaborate with internal Generalist Underwriters to write Work Comp for their agent base as well.  This organization has all of the carrier markets you need to write a ton of new business.  Determine risk, coverage and pricing.  No “retail agency, or carrier only” backgrounds.  Competitive base salary plus unlimited bonuses.  Potential six figure income role for an upbeat, self-driven individual with the above qualifications.
