Field Branch Manager ..Northeast Field Case Managers

Location: Boston, MA

Fully versed in the state’s workers’ compensation laws and practices. Knowledge of the same for surrounding states preferred. Knowledge of additional insurance lines and health benefits such as MCO, PPO, LTD, and STD. Computer literacy required.

EXPERIENCE:

6-8 years in rehabilitation services industry preferred. Prior experience in related field (nursing, counseling, case management/managed care, insurance, etc.) required. 3+ years supervisory and/or management experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S., B.A., R.N. or B.S.N. required. Prior experience in case management/managed care/rehabilitation services industry.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

C.R.C., C.C.M., C.O.H.N., C.R.R.N. or C.D.M.S. certification or eligibility preferred.

Valid driver’s license required.

If directly supervising Case Managers, Case Management Certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN) must be pursued upon eligibility.

Other professional certifications desirable. Must meet licensing requirements based on applicable statutes of state(s) of practice.
