Customer Service Representative - Policy

AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for joyful individuals who love the Insurance industry to join an extraordinary team!

The Insurance Policy Service Representative supports our Insurance Professionals in implementing policy changes for our Members. You will obtain the appropriate information to make changes to in-force policies directly from customers via telephone. The Insurance Policy Service Representative also develops expiration dates and leads for insurance sales from member contact opportunities. 

 Desired skills include:  

• Strong customer service skills. 
• P&C license preferred.  
• Strong technical skills.  
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, e-mail communications, and Internet applications. 
• Organizational skills and time management skills required. 
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
