Claims Supervisor Auto Property Damage

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for an Auto Property Damage Claims Supervisor with our client in their Cleveland, OH location.

Auto Property Damage Claims Supervisor Responsibilities

Reviewing, adjusting and payment of claims within a particular line of business

May handle one or a combination of the following lines of business within a geographical territory:

Direct supervision of claims representatives

Monitors and manages unit performance objectives

Delivers a positive customer service experience to all internal, external, current and prospective customers

Identifies, develops and retains high potential and high performing associates who have the potential for or are ready to fill critical roles in the organization.

Responsible for the management of associates including performance management, salary planning and administration, training and development, workflow planning, hire and placement, and disciplinary actions

Experience

4+ years as an Auto Claims Supervisor and/or Trainer

5+ years as an Auto Claims Adjuster

Non-standard experience preferred, but not required

Kentucky Adjuster License preferred, but not required

Education

High school diploma required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
