Claims Team Lead Auto Liability

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for an Auto Liability Claims Team Lead with our client in their Charlotte, NC location. As a member of our clients claims team, supervise the daily activities of Claims Representatives in order to ensure quality service, high productivity, and compliance with industry guidelines and regulations.

Auto Liability Claims Team Lead Responsibilities

• Maintains quality service by assuring prompt and accurate handling of claims phone calls; addressing escalated complaints; ensures that all necessary information is collected and provided to claims adjusters.
• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, appraising job results, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Maintains claims support operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and by participating in other ad-hoc claims activities.

Experience

• 6+ years experience handling auto liability claims
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory role
• Education
• High school diploma required
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
