Member Relations Coordinator

We’re currently partnered with a Leading National Broker that is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-starter for a Member Relations Coordinator position based remotely in the Denver area. You will be helping us build loyalty with our members, keeping us organized and managing communication programs and services for our clients.

They will report and work in coordination with the Alternative Risk Services Group out of our Portland, Oregon office to achieve various efficient and effective membership services as well as provide client support functions to members and prospects of an Alternative Risk Financing Pool for a property and casualty insurance program administered by the broker.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • Requires a minimum of ten (10) years related commercial lines experience
  • Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, professional demeanor, and extremely high levels of organization
  • The ideal candidate is adaptable, ready to listen, and able to absorb feedback into their work
  • Exceptional writing and editing ability
  • An extremely strong attention to detail
  • Designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, CRM are desirable.
