Attorney - P & C Claims Insurance Coverage

We are assisting our client, a well-established insurance and financial services company, to find a P&C Claims Insurance Coverage Attorney for their office in West Lake Village, CA.

This position will be responsible for researching and rendering legal opinions to claims leadership professionals nationwide on insurance policies complex coverage issues. No law firm culture; No BILLABLE HOURS. Excellent Opportunity for someone interested in being on a management track!!

The ideal candidate will have:
⦁    JD in good standing with a state bar association
⦁    7+ years of insurance coverage experience (PL-auto**** and homeowners, CL-general liability)
⦁    Litigation experience is a + but not necessary
⦁    Proven track record of writing good coverage opinions on complex non-routine challenging cases
⦁    Policy interpretation experience is a must
⦁    Strong presentation and networking skills.
