Opportunity to join a recognized market leader in the individual life insurance industry working directly with all business, operations and technology partners to set the product and services roadmap to deliver transformational programs. Act as a liaison between the business and technology to translate business needs into technical requirements and to develop innovative ideas that are end-to-end solutions.
Foster and build a team who are empowered to continually improve. Work directly with stakeholders to understand needs, gaps, opportunities, and develop product backlogs. Develop acceptance criteria and be the advocate of the product by communicating launches and educating stakeholders.
Experiences and qualifications we seek
- Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO).
- 8+ years of life insurance industry experience or financial services.
- Direct experience with operational processes, data analysis, and business case development.
- Agile Scrum framework.
- Ability to structure and break down complex problems to drive results.
- Familiarity with technology processes.
- Experience with business transformation.
