Job Summary
The Program Management Sr Manager will work with the Business Transformation Office(BTO) leadership team on the design, stand-up and execution of the BTO, which will focus on Quantum related activities. This position leads a team of transformation Orchestration managers and consultants and collaborates with team leaders on the execution of transformation plans. The leader provides the execution oversight, analytics/reporting or governance oversight development and execution within the prioritization process to achieve desired results within the transformation portfolio. This role leader will be responsible for framing critical decisions for the transformation leaders to resolve and maintaining a macro view of transformation programs to manage program funding and track benefits realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead team members in the development, analysis and communication/socialization of the transformation plans across the enterprise
- Provide thought leadership and high impact recommendations to SLT members during the prioritization process for the transformation portfolio while working across various business areas
- Contribute to the establishment of a consistent enterprise-wide project governance and management standards
- Coordinate all Quantum execution efforts to identify dependencies, escalate issues and clear roadblocks; attempt to resolve as many issues as possible within the execution teams including prioritization conflicts between Quantum initiatives and MFB/AoR run-the-business work
- Ensure achievement of goals within and across execution teams by clearly communicating objectives and coordinating check-ins
- Provide guidance on how to structure ad hoc analysis and communication/feedback throughout the analytical process; ensure sound insights are drawn from the analysis.
- Continuously identify next initiatives to execute and prepare environment accordingly (ecosystem, resources, funding)
- Maintain roadmap of all significant in-flight/planned run-the-business work across the enterprise (MFB/AoR) to ensure alignment of objectives
- Update Quantum senior leaders on a regular basis regarding program challenges and progress
- Work with business areas to review, vet and integrate funding requests into the prioritization process. Identify and resolve inconsistencies and conflicts; provide strategic insights to help position requests appropriately

Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of Transformation program management experience required
- Advanced quantitative and analytical skills to monitor program progress and identify interdependencies required
- Undergraduate degree/MBA in Business, Finance, (or related field), or relevant experience preferred
- Experienced solutions driver with strong expertise in moving ambigious situations forward
- Strategic systems thinker
- Ability to establish working plan in very complex situations
- Deep understanding of enterprise business units
- Experience in Insurance and Financial Services preferred
