Do you have strong customer service skills and currently in a Property & Casualty Insurance role? Looking to take that next step in your insurance career? We have an excellent opportunity to join a team and expand your insurance career.
As the first point of contact, customer service is key in this role. Will assist customers with initial claim process, answering any coverage questions and relaying information to assigned claim handler. Verifying contact information and acting as a liaison to the client to maintain positive communication throughout the process.
Must have Property and Casualty insurance experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
