The Market Consultant is accountable for providing consulting services to vendors who are contracted to provide survey data collection services to the organization’s Field Service functions. This can include consulting services such onboarding, vendor support and escalation for the organization's in-field data capture functions, including establishing and maintaining the organization's adherence to clients’ Service Level Agreements, quality principles, best practices, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead others and build strong relationships with a remote vendor workforce
  • Responsible for onboarding and on-going calibration of vendor resources across the country
  • Work with Market Analysts, Vendor Management, and Recruiting to identify resource needs
  • Confirm qualifications for new Vendor
  • Conducts survey quality consultations with vendors t provide feedback and best practices
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors and contributes to vendor consultations
  • Responsible for producing KPI analytics/reports.
  • Complete field assignments as required
  • Extensive travel 
  • Interact directly with Company’s customers in an effective manner

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
