Large insurance agency with multiple locations across Northwestern PA, has an immediate opening for a motivated Account Executive with a desire to succeed!
This role will start out handling an existing book of business – renewals, coverages, client engagement, etc. You will also be responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new accounts. This includes; creating proposals and sales presentations, identifying loss exposures and recommending proper coverage, developing sales goals and retaining a profitable book of business.
To be qualified, candidates must be self-driven, out-going and able to work in a fast paced environment; have 3-5 years of agency experience and hold a current PA Property & Casualty License; college degree preferred. The position will be home-based and will be provided all tools necessary to work remotely.
