Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - To $70k + Fantastic Benefits

• Our client, a strong and well-established independent insurance broker, in the San Juan Capistrano, CA area, has an immediate need for a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager for their growing commercial team.  This is a strong and stable agency with low turnover, a good reputation for work-life balance, and a firm that will offer a true path for career development and advancement.  They have been in business for over 50 years.

Compensation will include a strong base salary up to $70,000, depending on experience.  The company also includes a fantastic benefits package that will include Medical and Dental, Generous Paid Time Off, a 401k Plan with a company match, company paid continuing education classes, flexible work schedule and more.

Qualifications for this role include an active Property & Casualty license along with at least 5 years of commercial lines account management and customer service experience within an independent agency environment.  AMS 360 experience is preferred, though not required.

In this role, the Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for:

•  managing a book of small to medium sized commercial lines accounts. 
•  work with an assigned Producer to help assess the needs of the base of clients,
• and will help to market new and renewal accounts. 
• The Account Manager will also build a strong working relationship with the company’s Carriers. 
• responding to all customer and carrier requests,
• processing new and renewal policy invoicing, reviewing policies and processing endorsements,
• submit new and renewals to carriers,
• following up on quotes,
• documenting data into the agency management system, and more.
