Our client an insurance carrier in Naperville, IL is in need of a Data Entry Clerk. Possible temp to hire opportunity

Positions Available:

• 1 temp needed

Responsibilities :

• Enter Insurance submissions into system
• Sending various emails to agents/brokers:
  • Follow ups on quotes
  • Form letters as to what they will need for the upcoming renewal of the policy
  • Both will require customizing email text and attaching PDF (accuracy very important!)
• Pulling loss run reports for Account Executives and emailing to agents/brokers
• Assisting with updates to spreadsheets
• Temp to possible perm, could be from 4-6months temp.

Requirements

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED
• Quick learner
• Strong computer experience a must (typing, etc.)
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (specifically outlook and basic excel)
