Employee Benefits Producer

Great opportunity to join a dynamic growing and well respected insurance agency in the Naples FL area. I am looking for a licensed group benefits advisor candidate with at least 2 yrs. experience producing group benefit business. This role will be requiring advanced communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to prospect via phone and in person and the ability to effectively conduct sales presentations. The capability to anticipate client's needs in order to close sales of new and existing accounts and retain assigned book of business is imperative to success in this role.
