Sr. Energy Excess Casualty Underwriting Consultant - Houston or Dallas, TX Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance carrier is seeking an experienced Excess Casualty Underwriting Consultant for their Houston operation.  You will be responsible for underwriting excess casualty layers for Oil & Gas risks.  Excellent relationships with the wholesale brokers is imperative.  The position could be located in Dallas as well. Responsibilities: Underwrite high level layers for excess casualty accounts Work closely with and market to wholesale brokers  Develop and implement strategic plan for growing the territory   Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 8 years' experience underwriting excess casualty accounts Successful track record for growing a profitable book of business in the Energy/Oil & Gas space Excellent wholesale broker relationships Ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications   This position represents a significant career opportunity.  Salary will be commensurate with experience.  Job 4569.
