Product Development - Commercial Insurance

General Placement Service is currently on an exclusive recruiting assignment with a growing specialty insurance organization that writes small commercial products nationally.  They focus on anything in the small commercial space with some emphasis on small trade contractors.  Our client provides BOP’s including the GL, Auto, and Professional lines with additional lines of coverage like Workers Comp to be added in the next 3-5 years. 

This role is unique because of several factors, but namely the idea that creative thinking and entrepreneurial drive will be characteristics that are expected from every employee rather than the typical company where those characteristics are only wanted if asked for.  They expect it!  Your ideas can become reality in this role!  You can be as outside the box as you want to be and they will love you for it!

To be qualified, candidates must have multiple years of experience in product management or product development with some underwriting experience in the persons background being preferred but not necessary.  They want you to bring your outside the box thinking and your product skills to their exciting company.
