Our client, a well- respected property/casualty specialty insurance provider, has a challenging opportunity for an Environmental Worker's Compensation Claims Adjuster. Our client offers a collaborative work environment where your work/life balance is respected.
This position will be responsible for adjusting asbestos related WC claims in multiple jurisdictions (mainly in CA) as well as attending hearings before the WC Boards in SF and Long Beach.
The ideal candidate:
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree
⦁ Minimum of 7 years successfully handling WC Asbestos cla
⦁ Proficiency in CA Worker's Compensation law is required
⦁ Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
⦁ Polished verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Proficient in use of Windows and MS Office Suite programs
