Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise and monitor personnel engaged in Underwriting Assistant activities, including application review, renewal offerings, premium audit verification and loss control inspection reviews 
• Answer inquiries from agents and agency personnel 
• Serve as liaison with other departments, branches and vendors

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Three years of relevant Commercial Lines underwriting experience 
• Knowledge of Best Underwriting Guide, ISO, PAAS, Scopes 
• Previous management experience

Compensation & Perks
Target salary range $60,000 to $73,000
