About the Role
Insurance job opening in south Florida with a national insurance broker! As Employee Benefits Account Executive, you are part of a close knit team supporting the managing producer on fully insured and self-funded clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead all client management and retention efforts
  • Provide hands-on project management for complex group medical cases
  • Collaborate with the internal sales & service team to service key client relationships
  • Clients will look to your expertise for help with multi-disciplinary projects like planning/budgeting, delivery of work products, presentations, and enrollments

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree + at least three (3) years of corporate employee benefits client management experience with an insurance broker or major medical carrier
  • Strong knowledge of group health and/or managed care plans
  • Ability to step into a client engagement role handling presentations, renewal and enrollment meetings, and other strategic discussions

Compensation & Perks
$80k-$115k is the salary range (with consideration given for experience)
