Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze:
- Healthcare costs and utilization
- Rates and claims performance
Oversight & Procurement:
- Cost savings and funding strategies
- Compliance deliverables
- Cost impact including plan design changes, employee contribution, HSA/HRA/FSA contributions
- Rate setting & budget/forecasting
Manage and Develop:
- Quality deliverables to clients
- Financial exhibits for quarterly presentations
- Benchmarking data
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or related field)
- At least three (3) years in the group employee health benefits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Compensation & Perks
$75k-$80k target compensation
