Personal Lines Manager

Long-standing insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Manager to supervise personnel and ensure procedures are being followed in a smooth and efficient manner.  
 
This role will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of all Personal Lines and Medicare business – including the management of several Account Managers in a call-center environment. You will also manage the various markets and the placement of accounts with those carriers. This includes some oversight in the sales department as well – setting goals and monitoring performance. 

Qualified candidates should have an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License and management or supervisory experience.
