Long-standing Pittsburgh insurance agency is seeking an Assistant Marketing and Placement Coordinator. In this role, you will work directly with insurance company underwriters to provide small commercial quotes to new and existing clients. Administrative support and general customer service duties include; preparing proposals, invoices, certificates and ID cards; sending out applications and maintaining a detailed activity record.
Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and quickly learn new software systems. This is an entry-level position and extensive training will be provided.
Qualified candidates should have 1-3 years of insurance experience and an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License. Experience with Applied EPIC a plus.
