Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager role is a newly created position supporting the Director of Analytics with numerous projects in sales, marketing and data analytics. Working for an insurance organization that is headquartered in New York City, you have a highly visible role that interacts with numerous teams (sales, customer service, marketing) plus executive leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities

While the projects you lead will vary, the goals are simple. The agency wants to constantly evaluate, assess and adjust processes that:

1. Maximize efficiency
2. Support sales opportunities
3. Maintain high customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

Experience working in the insurance industry is highly preferred but not required. The ideal candidate possesses:

• You’ve worked in a sales environment.Strong business acumen and an understanding of business concepts working in a sales environment (including understanding and analyzing sales performance metrics)
• Broad business background. Ability to lead projects by providing valuable input that drives output to create success for the organization in sales, marketing and customer satisfaction
• Project management skill set.Evidence of successful project management, i.e.- prioritizing multiple projects, engaging multiple levels of leadership and meeting deadlines
• Key communicator. Understanding of effective communication strategies throughout the lifecycle of the project (reporting, Excel, PowerPoint and business writing)

Compensation

Compensation Target: $100k-$125k depending on experience

Location: New York City, Philadelphia or work-at-home within the Tri-State area
