Digital Agency Sales Manager - Remote

We are assisting this client on hiring a Digital Agency Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of remote producers, while also producing new business themselves. This is a “player/coach” role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Help producers write more business while writing new business themselves
• Maintain operational discipline necessary to achieve new business (revenue/unit ) goals while operating in a team first culture that focuses on accountability, professionalism and best in class customer experience
• Participate in recruiting events & the hiring process for producers
• Participate in Digital Agency strategy sessions

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree needed
• Prior sales experience as an insurance producer required
• Prior management experience preferred, though team lead experience will be considered
• P&C license required
• Demonstrated history of success in prior sales roles
• Comfort level with working and managing remotely
• Player/coach abilities
• Looking for someone already producing, that either is a team lead or wants to get into management

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

Competitive base salary. Monthly bonus for both sales management and producer results. Potential to earn $125,000 to $175,000. Ability to work from home. Personal career development and career path mapping. W2 employment + full benefits package.
