PERM Client Services Rep for Commercial Lines Agent

PERMANENT JOB FOR 220 LICENSED AGENT  

The Client Service Rep assists with the day-to-day maintenance of customer files and acts as the front-line administrative processor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

Customer Service position, NO SALES

Enters, rates policies and orders new policies 

Issues standard Certificates of Insurance, Binders and other forms for holders 

Checks on payment status of direct bill policies 

Follows up on claims and current status

Order motor vehicle reports “MVRs” and loss run as directed

Orders renewal policies,handles endorsement updates and new business submissions

SKILLS

Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel), agency management systems software, and online rating systems• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services insurance ratings and underwriting procedures.• Working knowledge of commercial lines of coverage• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills are required to maintain effective relationships with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and others.

           EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Looking for friendly, helpful, compassionate, and passionate candidate open to solving problems and going the extra mile for their clients. 

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual a plus 
• 5 + years experience in Agency Customer Service with preference given to individuals with commercial lines experience

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
220 FL agent's license is required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire and must be maintained thereafter
