Litigation Attorney-Contract

Our client, a highly respected law firm, in in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, is looking to hire an Attorney with 10+ years of experience in litigating cases involving insurance coverage/bad faith matters. Many companies have put hiring on the back burner but not our client. Using technology, they are interviewing, hiring and onboarding virtually.

Position will be home-based until full return to office is mandated to be safe. Post pandemic, if someone has a long commute to the office, 2-3 days remote would be possible. They will consider a direct hire or contract employee.

The ideal candidate will have:
⦁     15+ years of experience handling insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
⦁    Superior legal research, writing and litigation skills
⦁    JD in good standing with CA Bar
⦁    A writing sample (memorandum, motion, brief) will be required
