   220 Licensed Commercial Lines P&C Account Manager

  *PERM-DIRECT HIRE*

The Account Manager assists with the day-to-day maintenance of customer files and acts as  the front-line administrative processor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

*Commercial Lines Account Manager/Customer Service position, NO SALES

*Enters, rates policies, and orders new policies. Issues standard Certificates of Insurance, Binders, and other forms for holders 

*Orders renewal policies, handles endorsement updates and new business submissions. Checks on payment status of direct bill policies 

*Follows up on claims and current status. Orders motor vehicle reports “MVRs” and loss run as   directed

SKILLS:

Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel), agency management systems software (emphasis on AMS360 & Image Right), and online rating systems• Knowledge of insurance markets, products/services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures.• Working knowledge of commercial lines of coverage• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills are required to maintain effective relationships with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires residency in Florida, and south east Florida is preferable. 

Work is permanently remote-work from home. Visits to the office will be infrequent and only for major meetings.

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual a plus 
• 5 + years’ experience in Agency Account Management/Customer Service in P&C Commercial Lines

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
220 FL agent's license is required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire and must be maintained thereafter
