QA Compliance Auditor - Homeowners Property Claims | Remote

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for a QA Compliance Auditor with our client. As a member of our client’s team, utilize your knowledge of homeowner's property claims to ensure compliance with service level agreements and accuracy of claims files.

QA Compliance Auditor Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all audits including claims personnel claims files
• Draft and maintain various company and procedural policies
• Review and improve various processes and procedures
• Provide SLA data to clients
• Monitor and audit employee performance and complete performance reviews

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a QA compliance role with a Third Party Administrator
• Homeowners property claims auditing
• Xactimate
• Symbility

Education

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
