Cleveland insurance agency is looking for an experienced insurance professional to supervise personnel and ensure procedures are being followed in a smooth and efficient manner. 
 
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small staff of Account Managers, assigning tasks as needed to ensure productivity, setting department goals and monitoring performance.
 
Qualified candidates should have extensive knowledge of agency processes and procedures, an active Ohio Property & Casualty License, at least 5 years of management or supervisory experience and the ability to lead and motivate.
