Sr. Commercial Property Claims Specialist - Dallas, Texas
Growing and established Property and Casualty Insurance company is seeking a Commercial Property Claims Specialist for their Dallas operation. Candidates will be responsible for managing large and complex commercial property insurance claims from inception through resolution.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience adjusting commercial property claims in Texas. Experience with Habitational claims is a huge plus
- Current Texas Claims Adjusters License
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate 28
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products
- College is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good negotiating skills
