General Placement Service is currently working with a highly rated reinsurance carrier seeking a Territory Underwriter in the San Francisco area. This is an in-office position and will require regular travel throughout Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.
The main responsibility of this role is to market the company’s products by developing client relationships and underwriting risks. They’re looking for an outgoing, team player who can collaborate with other staff members to ensure company growth and success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Property and/or Reinsurance underwriting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Designations such as ARe and CPCU are a plus
