Commercial Insurance CSR, Team Leader

About the Role

An insurance consulting firm, headquartered in Atlanta, has an immediate job opening for an experienced insurance client service professional as Commercial Insurance CSR. The company anticipates a lot of new business growth in 2021 which increases the need for your talent with behind-the-scenes policy processing like filling out Acord forms and applications, handling data entry and preparing summaries.

The additional appeal to this role is the team leader potential. This won’t come immediately, but is an opportunity for you to work into more responsibilities as you settle into the firm. You will always work in the weeds on service issues, but the agency can also see you assisting with hiring and training other CSRs, developing workflows and creating efficiencies in partnership with the client engagement/account management team.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of three (3) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a similar CSR role for an insurance agency.
