Our client is a rapidly growing professional services firm that helps clients navigate the healthcare system and realize more value. Services include Healthcare Advocacy programs; assist clients, in a consultative manner, by evaluating, managing and resolving health insurance and billing challenges. As a Healthcare Advocate you will manage clients’ insurance challenges and advise them on reducing the cost and complexity of healthcare. A combination of experience in health insurance and medical billing with business skills and a passion for strong customer service is necessary in this role.
- Ideal position for: healthcare / insurance advocate, account manager / client service manager for insurance broker, claims specialist for insurance provider
- Experience with employee benefits, health insurance and medical billing
- Passion for strong client service; comfortable working with high net-worth & professional clients
- Health insurance producer license, with experience required
- Medical billing/coding certification preferred
