Excellent opportunity with a growing firm looking to add Surety Bond Customer Service Representatives to their team!

Responsible for total service and support of the agency’s surety book of business with day to day servicing of the agency’s mid to large sized clients’ surety needs. Primary responsibilities include maintaining, marketing or remarketing of new or existing contract and commercial bond accounts, ensuring all bonds are renewed, maintained or closed out, acting as relationship liaison between the surety and client, and maintaining client financial and/or underwriting files. 

  • Must hold a Property & Casualty license
  • 2 or more years of experience in a client facing role, experience with Surety is preferred.
  • Professional designation in surety programs such as AFSB, CCIFP, CPCU would be helpful
