Well-funded by leading healthcare venture capital investors, this high touch/high tech service provider empowers older adults with care and concierge services allowing them to live healthy and independently at home, while providing much needed support and services to family caregivers.
We are seeking a highly motivated, mission-driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to build the Health Plan channel for this high growth service company. This role will lead the rapid evolution of our client’s payer strategy and go to market approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build a team to develop and implement partnerships with health plans
- Reports to Co-CEOs and serves on executive committee which steers the direction of the company
- Develop the value proposition for each sub-segment
- Identify target payers within each sub-segment
Required Education & Experience
- Thrive in highly collaborative culture and operate with high sense of urgency
- Deep understanding of the payer space including: Various forms of Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Proven strategic capabilities to lead the development of payer go to market strategy
- Strong network of relationships to enable access to payers in various segments
- Must have experience calling into smaller and mid-sized payers in a variety of segments including MA plans, Direct Contracting entities and Managed Care/Medicaid
